Mouna: Engagement

I don’t know what it is about this picture that I love so much but I thought I would take a second to post it for everyone else to see. I can’t figure out exactly why I love this picture so much, but I am guessing it has something to do with the combination of her big sexy hair, her subtle yet noticeable make-up, and her super blingy dress. Oh and did I forget to mention that this is only her engagement?! – it makes me wonder just how hot she is going to look for her wedding next year! Mouna, thank you for letting me be a part of your engagement day – I cannot wait to do your make-up again for your wedding in 2012! xoxo


Engagement Session

So this Engagement Session was extremely special to me not only because I got to do the make-up, but also because Melissa is one of my best friends. Melissa and I briefly worked together at MAC Cosmetics back in the day and have managed to remain great friends ever since. Many of you may even recognize Melissa’s beautiful face considering she works for a local Edmonton news channel. You also may have recognized her name because she is also a DJ for Edmonton’s music station, The Bounce. Ranmeets Engagement

Meeting Ranmeet was honestly a lot of fun! We ended up having a lot in common, and funny enough, I knew her fiance. From the moment I met her I knew I would like her because her first words were “I don’t wear a lot of makeup, so I trust whatever you will do”. Now anyone that does makeup for a living, and I am sure even hair or photography, knows that this is the best thing anyone could ever say! Anyways, I had a great time meeting Ranmeet and all that is left to say is Sam is one lucky guy. Here are some shots from their engagement session by the talented Infused Studios:

Sarahs Wedding

Here are some pictures of Sarah (the beautiful bride) and her just as beautiful bridal party. I have known Sarah for a few years now and was so honored the day she asked me to be a part of her wedding by doing make-up for all the ladies.
